Premier Building Services was founded in the '90s by John Altice and later acquired by Sam Mitchell and Brett Gallegos in 2021.
Mr. Altice had long established relationships with commercial property managers in and around the Roanoke, VA valley.
Premier continues to serve those clients established by Mr. Altice, as well as expanding our services and client base. We stand out in our field because we don’t limit ourselves to one cleaning niche or another – we offer a wide variety of janitorial, cleaning and maintenance services. We perform many types of commercial property and facility maintenance work, such as trash pickup, window cleaning, pressure washing, floor waxing and buffing, carpet cleaning, interior or exterior painting and touch up remodels, and many other solutions to keep your property and investment looking pristine and feeling like new.
